Tälli Oy’s cut-to-size laminated interior and cabinet doors are just the right size and durable. We provide a wide selection of colour, surface material, core material and edgebanding options. The doors are available according to the Formica Laminate Collection and in other designs on request. The doors can be delivered with edgebands, drilled holes and information labels.
HALF-BULLNOSE DOOR
The half-bullnose door is a classic. With high-pressure laminate, it works well for uses requiring durable interior and cabinet doors. The laminated doors are manufactured with 16-mm P2 particle board, laminated on both sides with high-pressure laminate. The laminate is postformed to cover the edges on the longer sides of the door, and the short sides are finished with edgebanding. White F1009 MAT and light grey F7927 MAT doors are available directly from our storage.
STRAIGHT EDGE DOOR
Straight edge doors can be delivered with edgebands and drilled holes according to the customer’s choice. The edges of our straight edge doors are covered with ABS edgebanding or wooden edgebands. The laminate is identical on both sides of the doors.
As a standard, the straight edge doors are made with 16-mm P2 particle board. Different thicknesses and moisture resistance capacities are available on separate order.
BEVELLED EDGE DOOR
The bevelled edge has an angle of 22.5 or 45 degrees, achieved with ABS edgebanding. The laminate is identical on both sides of the doors. A bevelled edge enables handles to be omitted, making for a streamlined look. Doors without handles are easier to clean, and the edges are mad
COMPACT LAMINATE DOORS
Compact laminate doors are moisture resistant and robust.
The visible part of compact laminate doors is black (CGS) and the edges can be shaped with a router or left straight.
The design is identical on both sides of the door. Designs are selected from the Formica Laminate Collection.
DOOR WITH YOUR OWN DESIGN
Make full use of the latest digital printing technology to make your designs come true. Original art can be printed with optimal resolution with digital printing.
We use the Formica Younique technology or surface printing to incorporate your own unique images on the laminate sheets.
The Younique© printed laminates take around 12 weeks to arrive, and manufacturing the end product with the laminate sheet adds around 2 weeks before the delivery time.
