A metal foil pressed to the surface of the laminate enables the use of easy-to-work real metal elements in the furniture manufacturing industry and interior decoration!

Homapal manufactures laminates with thin-rolled foils made of aluminium, copper, brass and stainless steel. These surfaces are moulded using an embossing technique and pressed to a hard high-pressure laminate panel. This process produces a laminate with a real metal surface. These easy-to-work laminate elements enable a wide variety of applications in the furniture manufacturing industry and interior decoration.

The large selection of colours, glosses and textures guarantees the right kind of surface for every purpose. There are also many styles to choose from, ranging from sensible to full of mood, robust to fine, and modern to old-fashioned. With Homapal surfaces, you can create impressive elements in hotels, restaurants and business premises. The metal surfaces are real eye-catchers.

The collection includes more than 100 surface finishes divided into five categories.

• Elements – The most authentic metal surfaces in the collection. Five different metals, five different surface finishes and 12 brushed and tinted finishes.
• Gestures – These surfaces are finished by hand and always unique!
• Perspectives – Surfaces from another world! Combine these surfaces with the right kind of lighting to create magnificent atmospheres.
• Scratch Resistant Matt – Finishes from the other categories modified into anti-fingerprint matt finishes suitable for horizontal surfaces.
• Magnetic & Boards – Magnetic and projector boards, marker and blackboards.

Apart from the Scratch Resistant Matt category, the Homapal collection products are recommended for vertical surfaces only. As the surfaces contain real metal, they also react like metals and acquire a patina with age. Scratches and dents can’t be avoided, but they add depth and character to the surfaces.

Homapal can be used with the following cores: plywood, particle board, MDF and poplar plywood. You will find more information about the features of the different cores here.

The panels can be edgebanded with ABS and wooden edgebands. Read more about our edgebanding options here.

We also offer a wide variety of processed panel products. These include shaped edgebanding, edge profiling, drilling and various types of holes made with our CNC machines. An exception are stainless steel-coated laminates, which we sell cut-to-size without further processing.
