Sawing

We deliver most of our facade panels optimised and sawn. Taking measurements for panels carefully at the worksite produces great benefits when it is time to install the panels. Optimising measurements always provides the best possible use rate for the panels, and industrial sawing results in highly accurate products. Woodworking industry operators use our sawing service for small and large panel deliveries, depending on the customer’s requirements and the size of the project. Our sawing service comprises optimisation, sawing, component labelling and palletising.

Our optimisation service provides you with information on how many panels you will actually need based on the measurements provided. For panel optimisation, we require the following information on the worksite in an Excel file: Length, width, thickness, number of pieces, pattern/colour code, grain direction (if applicable to pattern), customer reference number. We will optimise the parts according to available panel sizes.

Industrial panel sawing provides excellent and accurate results.

Our sawing machine has a scoring sawblade under the panel that also helps prevent fraying from the main blade on the underside of the panel.

The sawblade’s cutting width is approximately 5 mm.

Parts can be labelled if necessary. The labels include information on the colour, size and type of the part (e.g. customer reference number or name of part).

This makes it easier for the recipient to identify the parts and manage further actions, particularly with large batch sizes with a lot of variation in parts.

Labelled components can be loaded on a pallet in the order requested by the customer. Packing the components according to the order they will be used in reduces the organisation work required at the unloading site.

Products not ordered with installation order packing are palletised in a random order at the saw.
